The Mountain State Forest Festival is a renowned festival in West Virginia that celebrates the natural beauty of the mountains and valleys. Morris, the executive director of the Randolph County Development Authority, is a graduate of Elkins High School and West Virginia Wesleyan College. He holds a Bachelor's Degree and Master's in Business Administration. Marty Stuart and His Fabulous Superlatives, a five-time Grammy Award winning country music legend, will perform at the festival along with Emi Sunshine, a critically acclaimed teen prodigy known for her contemporary blend of Americana, bluegrass, gospel, and country music.
