The goal of the Fourth Workshop on Cybersecurity Applications and Intelligent Transportation Systems is to provide a forum for discussing academic and industrial research results in all aspects related to cybersecurity appliactions and intelligent transportation systems, and in particular to the design and implementation of efficient and resilient technological solutions. We especially encourage the papers describing theoretical techniques or practical applications within this area.

This M&E course provides a thorough understanding of results-based monitoring and evaluation throughout a project's lifespan. Participants will gain skills in setting up and managing M&E systems, data analysis and reporting, and learn the latest approaches in M&E. The course aims to make participants experts in monitoring and evaluating their development projects, covering all essential elements and including a practical project example.

At the same time, the growing system complexity of smart buildings also creates new challenges for the planner and operator of such buildings. In this seminar, you will learn how to better assess the opportunities, but also the challenges, of networking and digitization in smart buildings. You will also receive a comprehensive overview of the basics of smart buildings and smart homes, practical feasibility and the topics of data security and data protection. Using 3ds Max, participants will learn 3D modeling and animation for game development, visual effects, and graphic design. The instructor-led sessions follow a blended learning approach, including presentations, practical exercises, web-based tutorials, and group work. Our experienced facilitators are industry experts and trainers. Upon completion, participants receive an IRES certificate certified by NITA.

ODK is a free and open-source toolset for collecting field data using Android devices and submitting it to an online server. The ODK ecosystem includes major components such as ODK Collect, ODK Build, XLSForm, ODK Aggregate, and ODK Manage. Other tools in the ODK ecosystem are ODK Briefcase, ODK Aggregate VM, ODK XLSForm Converter, ODK Validate, GEOODK, ODK Scanner, ODK Printers, and the ODK Sensor Framework. Tableau is a widely used data visualization tool in the Business Intelligence Industry, enabling fast data analysis and creating dashboards and worksheets.

The course covers data cleaning and preparation using R programming language, specifically dplyr and ggplot2. Microsoft Power BI is also introduced as a business intelligence technology.
