During this sourcing and planning review, suppliers of condiments, sauces, and spreads will showcase new products and promotional opportunities to buyers from various retail channels for everyday planning and Summer Holidays. The categories will include Sauces and Spreads like gravy, marinades, jams, jellies, preserves, pasta sauce, nut butters, honey, dessert toppings, hot sauce, and Condiments such as BBQ sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, relish, salad dressing, toppings, vinegar, specialty condiments, and more.
Before intervening in a country, development actors need to analyze the food security status. Various analyses are conducted to understand food security. Some actors form partnerships to establish Food Security Monitoring Systems (FSMS) for continuous monitoring. This course provides participants with the skills and knowledge to analyze food security concepts.
