The Melplash Agricultural Society Show, held in August at The West Bay Show grounds in Bridport, Dorset, is a premier agricultural exhibition in the South West. The showground is filled with exhibits ranging from livestock to homecrafts and horticulture. With over 400 trade stands, visitors can find everything from locally produced food to tractors. The show emphasizes farming and agriculture, with opportunities to watch animal judging and explore the Discover Farming marquee. It is also a wonderful occasion to meet friends, appreciate the countryside, and learn more about West Dorset.

This event is held in semi open sided marquees within the Garden and features around 140 exhibitors selected from the finest contemporary craftmakers and artists in the UK. Twinwood Festival is a renowned vintage music and dance festival with numerous live performances, vintage traders, air displays, and more. We are grateful to our attendees for creating a wonderful community each year.

All individuals are invited by the 'King' to attend England's Medieval Festival over the Bank holiday weekend. It offers an opportunity to enjoy various attractions such as sights, sounds, skills, food, and drink.

With groups covering a vast period of global history, including Romans, Vikings, Medieval, Napoleonic, the American Civil War, the Wild West, World Wars I & II, Vietnam right up to the present day. With over 4,000 re-enactors and living history enthusiasts in attendance as well as over 250 stalls and 200 vehicles, Military Odyssey is the world's largest multi-period re-enactment show. Regardless of your historical knowledge, there is bound to be something for you. The 200 acre site has 2 separate arenas in addition to the main battlefield, where battlefield re-enactments take place all weekend.

The show ground is located near Chipping village in the Forest of Bowland AONB. It features a Dog Show, Sheep Racing, and traditional animal classes. Easy access from Longridge and Clitheroe directions via motorway exits J31a and J32.

The Wensleydale Agricultural Show is an enjoyable event located near Leyburn, North Yorkshire. It offers a variety of competitive classes, showcases local livestock, horticulture, and handicrafts, and features entertaining attractions and displays.
