Am Sonntag, den 10. September findet von 11 bis 17 Uhr die dritte Gesundheitsmesse im Freizeitheim Hannover/Döhren statt. Gesundheit ist ein wichtiges Zukunftsthema. Die Menschen werden immer älter, sodass es wichtig ist, die Gesundheit und Vitalität möglichst lange zu erhalten. Vorsorge sollte daher schon frühzeitig beginnen und bis ins hohe Alter eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein. So befassen sich die Schwerpunkte der Messe in Hannover mit Angeboten für Kindern, Erwachsene und Senioren und bestehen aus einer Vielzahl von Beratungs- und Dienstleistungsangeboten aus der Stadt. Dabei geht es sowohl um die Bereiche Fitness, Ernährung, Freizeit als auch um alternative Heilmethoden, Stressbewältigung und Hilfen bei Volkskrankheiten. Parallel halten Experten ganztägig Fachvorträge zu unterschiedlichen gesundheitlichen Themen.
