Seafarers' welfare organizations have had to adapt quickly to various challenges. NAMMA's conference aims to assist these organizations in effectively serving seafarers. The conference is open to representatives of local and international seafarers' welfare organizations, as well as other stakeholders in the maritime community. Limited financial aid in the form of $500/USD travel bursaries is available for those in seafarers' welfare with limited funding.
