The Clean Rivers, Clean Lake Conference has been a significant event for the southeastern Wisconsin watershed community to discuss strategies and projects for improving watershed health. All are welcome to attend. Tony Evers in 2023, Adam N. Payne, Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), oversees environmental protection, natural resource management, outdoor recreation, and law enforcement. Secretary Payne, with deep Wisconsin roots, is an active outdoorsman and conservationist. He is committed to ensuring access to clean water, clean air, and safe outdoor spaces for all in Wisconsin.

Attendees can opt to stay onsite for two or three nights for an extra fee. Lodging rates vary depending on the type chosen, ranging from $40 for camping to $410 for three nights in a hotel-style room. McDuff holds positions at Warren Wilson College, where he works with community partners. Nominations for awards were open but have now closed, and recipients will be notified before the conference. Every year, we invite proposals from our community to share knowledge and expertise at our annual conference.
