Understanding the optical and electronic responses of topological matter is crucial for studying its properties in real materials. Recent research has shown that the Berry curvature determines various non-linear optical effects, non-linear Hall responses, and universal responses in topological metals. In this edition, we will cover these phenomena comprehensively, providing a pedagogical overview. Discussions and poster presentations will take place on Slack channels.
