With great success the horizon OUTDOOR 2011 came to an end: of 4 to 6 February attracted 265 exhibitors from eleven countries 21 500 visitors to the fair. Display was a wide range of outdoor sports and leisure goods. A quarter of attendees assessed the diversity on the horizon OUTDOOR, with the best one. Numerous hands-on activities inspired the visitors, for example, the largest indoor test track for bicycles in Germany or the indoor pool, which provided the opportunity for diving, canoeing and kayaking as well as to new trend sport stand-up paddling. At the spectacular climbing wall, visitors could try out the bouldering. This took place in Baden-Württemberg Jugendbouldercup, endorsed by the National Association of the German Alpine Club for the first time ever played on the horizon OUTDOOR. Another sporting highlight was the European Bike Polo Competition Masters Cross, 2011, at the traditional to new teams from across Europe and an exciting tournament for a lot of enthusiasm from the public provided.
