Workshop Fëmijë, lodra Childbirth Preparation 2 Week - In Person - Scripps Health 2023

Prepare for childbirth by learning important information about labor and delivery. This course covers topics such as body preparation, medical procedures, labor support, cesarean delivery, and postpartum. The course is recommended for those who are around 28-32 weeks into their pregnancy. It is a two-day program held on consecutive Saturdays. Bring pillows, a blanket or yoga mat, and expectant partners are encouraged to attend together. The classes take place at Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla Schaetzel Center, Lower Level Noble. Parking in Lot A is available and will be validated.
