Konferenca Fëmijë, lodra Biennial International Conference on Alternative Care for Children in Asia 2023

BICON is a conference focused on the rights of children without parental care. The 5th Biennial International Conference on Alternative Care for Children in Asia will be held in Kathmandu, Nepal, with both in-person and online participation. Over 300 delegates will discuss challenges and best practices in alternative care reform and children's rights in Asia, with a final report featuring recommendations for action.
