Promoting organisational effectiveness"Project Cycle Management (PCM) is a management tool used in project development, based on the Log-frame approach. It ensures stakeholder consultation, availability of relevant information, and informed decision making. The cycle consists of six components: Programming, Identification, Formulation, Financing, Implementation, and Evaluation. This course aims to equip participants with skills in project design, using Logical Framework and Result-based management concepts, and utilizing PCM as a project structuring tool. At the end of the training, participants will understand the role of PCM and the activities involved in each stage, the principles of project cycle management and Logical Framework Approach, how to critically review financing proposals, and assess the potential relevance, feasibility, and sustainability of a case study.
