As the President of the Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand (RCAT), I am delighted to welcome you to the ASEAN Congress of Anesthesiologists (ACA). The ACA holds its scientific meeting every two years. On behalf of the organizing committee, we warmly invite you to join us in Bangkok, Thailand for the ACA. This conference will coincide with the Annual Meeting of the Royal College of Anesthesiologists of Thailand. After the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is time for us to reunite and recapture the joy and excitement of our meetings. Our theme for this event is "SMART Anesthesia".
