ADMET studies perform a vital role in the drug discovery process. Early stage In-Silico models can predict the viability of a new novel drug before anyone steps into a lab. The In-Vitro and In-Vivo models allow the testing of new molecules to discover how tell they cope in a physiological environment and save Pharma companies millions by stoping the development of drugs destined to fail. As more data is generated by the lab studies, more data becomes available for the computational scientists and so out predictive abilities improve. This conference will address the barriers that are currently faced by the PK/PD community and also how recent discoveries have improved the understanding of the mechanisms involved in ADME-Tox. It will also address the new technologies and techniques being developed to overcome the classic physiological barriers to drug bioavailability. Attendees will hear presentations from senior experts in the field on the current issues as well as case studies from recent drug development programmes.

Now in it's tenth year, The Outdoors Show is the largest consumer in Europe dedicated to outdoors pursuits. Organisers of the  Off-Price Show  reported very brisk trading and a mood of confidence over the two days of the London Spring edition (11th-12th March), with a number of new highs. Visitor levels were up 8.8% over last March, despite some previous uncertainty about travel arrangements due to the recent Transport for London Tube changes. There was a record level of international visitors to the event, Also announced was the move of the event to the new West Hall at Olympia, and by the end of the show, 71% of the new space had been sold out to existing exhibitors. “Great show - we’re delighted the show was really busy and vibrant” said IDEX Group’s Buzz Carter “The heavy demand for space in the new hall is a clear signal that the industry of both buyers and exhibitors enjoyed a particularly strong show over the weekend. The high numbers of international buyers and exhibitors further confirms  Off-Price Show ’s popularity across the globe.” The next  Off-Price Show  in London event takes place on September 23rd-24th 2012 in Olympia’s new West Hall .
