Since there is no age in which man is as healthy as those between 5 and 15 years, and children are rarely known for some time, are child care patients, and thus children intensivists a small minority in the DIVI. Therefore, it is also the 11th DIVI - Congress, continuing the tradition established mainly have topics of intensive therapy in adults to the content. Many principles of intensive care are in any case, regardless of age.
