Use COMSOL software to optimize semiconductor device performance this webinar mainly introduces the basic process and theory of semiconductor device modeling. Semiconductor simulation is based on the drift-diffusion theory of semiconductor devices and can be used for the study of the DC characteristics of diodes and transistors, small signals and transient analysis. COMSOL's multiphysics simulation function can easily model optoelectronic devices, ion-sensitive field-effect crystals, and thermal effects of devices. In addition, the preset Schrodinger equation and Schrodinger-Poisson equation multiphysics interface can be used to analyze quantum mechanical problems related to quantum wells, quantum wires and quantum dots.
