Our aim is to promote cultural awareness in the community through local providers and experts, fostering diversity and inclusion for a broader range of ideas and experiences. Cathy, with 35 years of experience, works with stakeholders to improve aging perceptions and experiences in York county. She focuses on eliminating ageism and developing strategies for older adults to live comfortably in their homes and communities. Cathy also leads grantmaking for programs serving individuals aged 50 and above and oversees York County's Age-Friendly Action and Evaluation Plan in collaboration with AARP's Network.
