Festival of comics which will gather more than 400 experts in this area (scripwriters, draftsmen, directors, publishers, booksellers, librarians, galleries). Open to all amateurs, this contest to 15 finalists will have their projects featured during the festival. Among them will be selected three winners: - A winner for the price under 16 Young Talents - A winner for the Young Talents prices over 16 years - A grand prize winner for the Young Talents (all categories)
