Psychology of working theory (PWT) provides an inclusive and critical view of work and career that is uniquely suited for our uncertain era. We are delighted that Professor David Blustein, a leading Boston academic, will be presenting this session. He will begin with an overview of psychology of working theory and present cutting-edge implications for practice and systems change. David details the implications of the changing workforce in his recently published book “The Importance of Work in an Age of Uncertainty: The Eroding Work Experience in America”. He will draw upon ideas from this publication as an illustration of psychology of working theory in relation to real world problems.
