Created in 1997, the CFIA has become the professional trade show reuniting services, equipment and supplies for the food industry. Divided into three main sectors; “Equipment & Processing”, “Food Packaging solutions” and “Additives & ingredients” to facilitate visitor orientation. Well implanted in the west, the CFIA proposes its equivalent in Metz in order to reply to manufacturers needs. The innovation awards and conferences complete the information device available on technological developments, and a market which must accompany consummation trends.
