The Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Varna, Bulgaria, in collaboration with the National University "Odessa Maritime Academy," organizes the International Maritime Lecturers Association Conference (IMLA28) and the International Maritime English Conference (IMEC33). Both conferences will be held at the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, Varna, Bulgaria. All submitted papers will be reviewed by the Program Committee and invited reviewers. Accepted full papers will be published in the Proceedings of IMLA28. Authors are invited to submit abstracts before March and, upon acceptance, prepare a full paper version.
