The improper placement of waste turns it into a valuable resource. India has great potential for waste management and recycling, which can be achieved through collaborative efforts. The CII aims to integrate waste management into business operations. Topics covered include global waste issues, circular economy, waste management tools, best practices, and waste regulations for hazardous, e-waste, biomedical, plastic, municipal solid waste, batteries, construction, and demolition waste. Additionally, approaches, technologies, and concepts for solid waste, liquid waste (ETP, STP, ZLD), and gaseous waste management will be discussed.
