In the middle of a difficult and challenging trading environment, manufacturers and suppliers exhibiting at this year’s Euro Bus Expo have reported a successful show. Around 8,500 bus and coach industry professionals attended the three-day show, held at the NEC in Birmingham last week. An annual appointment for horse lovers in the unique setting of the Abbey of Vaucelles located in the Valley of Upper Scheldt. More than 100 riders and 1,000 people gather on this occasion: In the great hall of the monks, a mass is celebrated with hunting horns of Débuché Flanders to 11 hours, then the output in the park, the blessing of the horses and dogs and then a horn hunting as an aperitif concert in the chapter house are planned for the day. This event is under the auspices of the General Council of the North and the Society of Equine Rural DOUAI, for organizing the rally riding on the plain of Upper Scheldt in the afternoon (it is imperative to register). After Mass, the concert will be an aperitif-rang in the chapter house, where you can eat (hot dish, plates varied ...). The day's program will be: 11:00: Mass of St. Hubert celebrated in the hall of the monks of the abbey 12:00: Blessing of the horses and dogs in the park of the abbey 12h30: Aperitif concert and the start of the rally riding - free entry Program for riders: For the organization of this rally riding, riders must register at the Abbey at 03.27.78.50.65. An 8 € per rider is requested for snacking during the hike.
