Konferenz Wissenschaft, Bildung, Erfindungen International Symposium on Lactic Acid Bacteria 2023

This series of tri-annual symposia on Lactic Acid Bacteria was started in 1983 to communicate and stimulate research on Lactic Acid Bacteria and their application. The aim of these symposia is to bring together academic and industrial researchers interested in the state of the art of LAB research.The opportunity for face-to-face interactions has been denied to the community for the last five years. At last, we can come together to present our recent work, to obtain information on new developments and to ex-change views with colleagues from all over the world on scientific progress and applications.The symposium will highlight the role Lactic Acid Bacteria play in the production of food and feed, how they promote health through probiotic applications and showcase new technical advances.At the traditional home of the LAB symposia, Congress Centre “Hotel Zuiderduin” in Egmond aan Zee, the Netherlands.
