For over a century, Markham Fair has been a platform for showcasing talents and products in a friendly competitive spirit. It boasts 750 volunteers serving on 75 committees, making it Canada's largest community-based volunteer organization. In addition to displays of the fall harvest, there are also various forms of entertainment, such as horse pull, demolition derby, tractor pull, midway rides, livestock shows, and farm animal displays.
